Reservation

1. reservation can be made trough :

2. when you reserve, your status will be a WAITING LIST. Deposit is required at least 50% of the total cost, in order to change your status to CONFIRM.

3. the number of participants's terms is as follow :

•     week day  : at least 5 persons. You still can enjoy our packages, if less than 5 persons, you must pay in full price for 5 persons
•     week end  : at least 5 persons. You still can enjoy our packages, if less than 5 persons, you must pay in full price for 5 persons

4. confirmation and down payment-50%- made at least :

•     3 (three) days before the activities (if number of paticipants 1-5 persons)
•     5 (five) days before the activities (if number of paticipants 6-15 persons)
•     10 (ten) days before the activities (if number of participants 16-30 persons)
•     15 (fifteen) days before the activities (if number of participants 31-50 persons)
•     30 (thirty) days before the activities (if number of participants 51-100 persons)

5. full payment be made at least 5 (five) days before activities

6. every reservation which has been CONFIRMED, will issued a confirmations letter that have been sign by guest and account executive

7. every schedule changes or cancellations after said CONFIRMED, so must pay cancel fee as the rules

8. payment can be made by cash, check or current account in the name of the institution (not personal) or fully paid through account transfer:
